Preserve French Cree Group

I am working on a website that will mainly be read by people in the United States. English is not a problem for me, but I sometimes worry that my wording sounds unusual to American readers. I have been considering a content writing service USA for this reason. Has anyone had content written for a specific country or audience? Did it make a noticeable difference? I would like to know if writers actually adjust phrases and tone based on the readers or if the difference is smaller than I think.
